What's your favorite food concoction?

I am the family garbage disposal. I am pretty much the only person in the family who will eat anything (if it's people food, that is, I'm not into eating toothpaste or whatever). I'm the only one who eats leftovers. There are few foods that I don't like, and I will even eat those (ie Brussel sprouts, teriyaki sauce) if they're placed in front of me.

And then there are weird (from other people's perspectives) foods. Elvis Presley was famous for liking fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Well my favorite weird food is Spaghetti and chili. I discovered it as a teenager at Bob's Big Boy.

You boil up some noodles and plop some chili on top of it (I like mine with cheese, no onions). Sorry, Irish, I know it's probably a "Yankee" way of eating chili, but I like the stuff.

What's your favorite food concoction that most other folks would consider weird?
